WALL – On the Ankara-Düsseldorf flight, the first statement came from Sunexpress regarding the snake’s head from the meal provided by the catering company named Sancak Inflight.
Stating that “the claims and shares in the press are absolutely unacceptable”, the company stated that the product supply has been stopped.
The Sunexpress statement quoted by AirportHaber is as follows:
“With more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, it is our top priority that the services we provide to our guests on our aircraft are of the highest quality and that both our guests and employees have a comfortable and safe flight experience.
We would like to inform you that the allegations and shares in the press regarding in-flight food service are absolutely unacceptable and a detailed investigation has been initiated on the subject.
Until the aforementioned research process is concluded, all preventive measures and actions have been taken immediately, including the cessation of the relevant product supply. SunExpress Airlines” (NEWS CENTER)
