22 students who continue their university education in the 4th grade of SDU Faculty of Forestry Department of Forestry Engineering, under the supervision and trainer of Forest Administration and Planning Branch Manager İsmail Hacıoğlu, Forest Management and Planning Engineer İsa Karaca and Forest Pest Control Branch Engineer Arif Yılmaz. Within the scope of the applied course, they received training on the construction of management plans, the types of stamps used in forestry and their application.
Burdur Forest Enterprise Provincial Director Sefa Muhtaç, Burdur Forest Enterprise Provincial Director Ersin Özata, Aziziye Chief Executive Ali Şimşek and Aziziye Chiefdom employees participated in the practical training and hosted the participants in the applied training held in the Sorkun region of the Aziziye Chiefdom.
At the end of the training practices, the training team went to the cooking program hosted by the Aziziye Chef, and had the opportunity to chat a lot at the barbecue organization prepared by the Aziziye Chef.
The first of the applied trainings that SDU Faculty of Forestry Forest Engineering students will receive during the spring semester was held in Sütçüler, the students were informed about greenhouse cultivation and orköy applications. The second was held in Aziziye Sorkun region. Practical training of students will continue to be held in different regions throughout the spring semester.
