The Provincial Total Defense Mobilization and War Preparations Planning and Coordination Board, which should be held every April in accordance with the 21st article of the Mobilization and War Regulation, which was prepared to ensure coordination and cooperation between institutions in mobilization and war preparations, convened under the chairmanship of Governor Muammer Erol.

The Provincial Total Defense Mobilization and War Preparations Planning and Coordination Board Meeting held at the Governorship Meeting Hall was attended by Governor Muammer Erol, Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Celal Tezcan, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Senior Colonel Numan Öksüz, Provincial Police Chief Atilla Aksoy, Provincial Disaster and Emergency Situation Manager Osman Işık and executives of Board member institutions attended.

At the meeting, a presentation was made by Provincial Disaster and Emergency Manager Osman Işık, and information was given about the work to be done and the activities to be carried out by the institutions in case of mobilization and war.

Provincial Disaster and Emergency Manager Osman Işık emphasized that the plans required to be made by institutions in accordance with the Mobilization and State of War Law No. 2941 and the Mobilization and State of War Regulation No. 90/500 should be updated and the Provincial Detail Plan should be prepared.
