Dutch cyclist Danny van Poppel from the Bora-Hansgrohe team won the third stage of the 59th Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey between Fethiye and Marmaris. The Marmaris-Bodrum Stage of the tour will be held tomorrow. Some streets in Bodrum will be closed to traffic during the races.

The winner of the Fethiye-Marmaris stage of the 59th Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye has been announced. Dutch cyclist Danny van Poppel from the Bora-Hansgrohe team won the race.

The Marmaris – Bodrum Stage of the tour will be held tomorrow. As part of the race, some roads will be closed to traffic for a long time on Wednesday and Thursday.

In the Marmaris-Bodrum stage that will take place tomorrow (Wednesday, April 24), athletes will come from the direction of Marmaris-Akyaka-Ören-Mazı-Yalıçiftlik-Kızılağaç and finish in front of Konacık Avenue. During this period, the D-330 highway will be closed to traffic in both directions between Konacık Junction and Torba Junction between 14.00-19.00. Vehicles coming from Milas direction will be turned back from Torba Junction towards Yalıkavak direction, and vehicles coming from Bitez direction will be turned back from Konacık Junction and directed towards Ortakent direction. Entrance to the Kızılağaç area will be closed.

In the Bodrum-Kuşadası stage, which will be held on Thursday, April 25, the athletes will leave the Municipality Square and follow Atatürk Street to Dr. They will finish Mümtaz Ataman Street, join the Ring Road at the Swiss Hotel Junction and travel towards Milas. Garajaltı Junction-Cevat Şakir Street-Atatürk Street-Mümtaz Ataman Street-Milas Road will be closed to traffic between 10.00-15.00.

It has been reported that parking will not be allowed on routes closed to traffic during the races.
