A new project has been launched to ensure that women with children do not lose employment.
Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced the project, which excited working mothers.
According to the project; With the project to be implemented for 12 months in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir, 325 euros per month support will be given to working mothers.
7 thousand mothers will benefit
The project carried out by SSI, financed by the European Union, was implemented between 2019-2022 and financial support was given to 3700 mothers in 4 years.
This year, this figure was 7000.

Details of the caregiver support project for working mothers have begun to become clear.
* Having a baby aged 0-36 months and making at least 30 days of premium payment to SSI
According to the news in Show Main News, mothers who work full time, have babies aged 0-36 months, and make at least 30 days of premium payment to SSI can apply for caregiver support.
Mothers who employ their caregivers with insurance will be paid 325 euros per month for 1 year.
*Valid in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir
Caregiver support will be given to mothers in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
* Caregivers will be required to graduate from relevant departments.
The caregiver must be over 18 years old and must be a graduate of the Ministry of National Education Vocational Qualifications Institution, İŞKUR, and relevant departments of high schools or universities.
*The mother must pay at least the minimum wage to the caregiver
The mother who will benefit from the support must pay at least the minimum wage to the caregiver. BagKur and Civil Servant mothers will not benefit from this support.
Thanks to the project, mothers will not be detached from employment due to the financial support they receive, and the employment of trained and certified caregivers will be encouraged.
