Due to the Deed Cancellation and Registration (Registration on Behalf of the Treasury Due to Absence) case pending in our court between the FINANCE TREASURY and İBRAHİM AND MUHTAR QAYYIMI;
According to the Plaintiff’s Finance Treasury, Mustafa’s daughter Huri, who is a shareholder in the real estate numbered 4680 Island, Parcel 2, in Adana province, Çukurova District, Huzurevleri District, in accordance with Article 588 of the Turkish Civil Code, was granted to the Absence of Mustafa’s daughter Huri, who is a shareholder in the real estate numbered 4680 Island, Parcel 2, in Adana province, Çukurova District, Huzurevleri District. A lawsuit was filed requesting the cancellation of the land registry record of Mustafa’s daughter Huri’s share and its registration in the name of the Treasury and the transfer of her assets to the treasury. Mustafa’s daughter Huri herself or the persons who know and know this person have filed a lawsuit within 6 months from the date of announcement of our Court 2024/148 Principles. If the applicant is not found, they will be notified that their disappearance and assets will be transferred to the treasury.
