Due to the case of dissolution of partnership (shared ownership) pending in our court between the plaintiff Belgin Vizethum and some of the defendants;
Defendants Ahmet and Necmiye’s daughter, whose address could not be determined despite all searches; Since the invitations issued in the name of Mümteha Öğrünç were still returned and the address could not be determined by the police, it was decided to issue invitations publicly, and the subject of the case was Adana Province Yüreğir District Cumhuriyet Mah. It has been requested that the immovable property registered in 2440 Island, parcel 5, be resolved through the sale of the partnership, and that he/she must submit a response petition against the petition within a certain period of 2 weeks and be present at the hearing at 10:20 on 30/04/2024, when the hearing is held, or be represented by an attorney. The defendant Mümteha Öğrünç is notified that the decision will be made by holding a hearing in her absence, which will be valid instead of an invitation.
