Ahmet Kayhan was appointed as the General Secretary of Tokat Special Provincial Administration.

Kayhan, a young name, will assume an important role in the management of new projects to be built in Tokat with this task. The appointment to this position, which became vacant with the retirement of the previous Secretary General Recep Gökçe, draws attention with Kayhan’s experience and equipment. Kayhan, who will manage a budget of approximately 1 billion TL, will serve as an important name for the development and progress of Tokat.

Who is Ahmet KAYHAN?
After completing his associate degree in Computer Programming at Trakya University Tunca Vocational School, he completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics. Later, he completed his Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations at Selçuk University.
Ahmet Kayhan, who graduated from Selçuk University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, worked in various positions in important companies at the top of the private sector in his business life. In 2006, he took part in the tender and restoration processes of important historical monuments both in Tokat and in Turkey within Vakıf İnşaat. He carried out the restoration of historical monuments in many regions of Turkey, from Elazığ to Edirne, from Trabzon to Istanbul.
Ahmet Kayhan, who has accomplished successful work at many levels of the private sector, worked locally and nationally in the Press Sector in 2004. He started working at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 2009. Ahmet Kayhan, who worked as the Tender – Purchasing Unit and Istanbul Lifeguard Services Coordinator, has served as a consultant under the umbrella of the Turkish Grand National Assembly since 2019, and finally as a Constitutional Commission Consultant.
Ahmet Kayhan, who is competent in subjects such as Cyber ​​Policy and Security Certificate, Personnel Management and Organization Seminar, Public Procurement Law No. 4734 Training and Tender Legislation and Progress Payment Preparation Training, by taking various national and international seminars and trainings, received the approval of the Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya in 2024. He was appointed as the General Secretary of Tokat Special Provincial Administration.
