April 23 Children’s Festival organized by Nevşehir Municipality attracted great attention. In addition to the festival held with the participation of hundreds of children in the garden of the Culture and Art Center, children enjoyed the joy of the holiday to the fullest with the 23 April Bus touring the neighborhoods.

Mehmet UZEL / NEVŞEHİR (İGFA) – The April 23 Festival, organized by Nevşehir Municipality on the occasion of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, was held at Cappadocia Culture and Art Center. Here, Nevşehir Municipality Culture and Social Affairs Directorate officials served refreshments and distributed gifts to the children who came with their families for the festival, which started at noon.

The children watched with interest the Hacivat Karagöz Musical, illusion shows, and Ege and Gaga performances prepared for them, and enjoyed the joy of the holiday by participating in award-winning competitions.

Children also showed great interest in Mayor Rasim Arı, who participated in the festival and shared the happiness of the children. Mayor Arı congratulated the children’s holiday with whom he took photos.

Mayor Rasim Arı then toured the neighborhoods with the April 23 Bus, which was specially prepared for the day.

Arı, who was greeted with great enthusiasm in the neighborhoods he visited with his own bus, distributed gifts to children here, too.
