Development and Development Projects Were Evaluated in Hakkari

The 2024 2nd Term Provincial Coordination Board Meeting, where projects important for the development and development of Hakkari were evaluated, was held under the chairmanship of Governor Ali Çelik.

At the meeting held; Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Provincial Directorate of National Education, Provincial Health Directorate, DSI 174th Branch Directorate, Highways 114th Branch Chief and Telecom Directorate made presentations about the work of their institutions. At the meeting; Previous period investments and 2024 investments, monitoring of investments and socioeconomic developments and coordination studies, problems and solution suggestions were also discussed.

As of the end of the first period of 2024, 165 projects with a total amount of 49 billion 142 million 288 thousand 215 TL in the provincial investment tracking system in Hakkari are actively registered and currently monitored, and a total of 15 billion 867 million 77 thousand TL has been spent for the realization of these projects, It was stated that 32.29 percent cash and 32.78 percent physical realization were achieved.

At the meeting, analyzes regarding the distribution of the projects on a case basis, district basis, municipality basis, sector basis and investor organization basis were examined.

In line with the instructions of Governor Ali Çelik, georadar and excavation work was started to reveal the historical texture of Mir Castle and Şemdinli Kelat Palace and bring them into tourism.

Deputy Governor and Secretary General of the Special Provincial Administration Buğra Karadağ, Deputy Governors Furkan Berber and Tayyar Emre Mahmutoğlu, Provincial Police Chief İdris Yılmaz, Deputy Mayor Ali Onay and members of the coordination board attended the meeting. – HAKKARI
