Unico Sigorta is on the “Turkey’s Best Workplaces” list

Unico Sigorta was selected as one of the “Best Workplaces in Turkey” in the research conducted within the scope of the 2024 Best Employers Program of the human resources and management consultancy company Kincentric.

Participating in the “Kincentric Best Employers” program, which attaches importance to measuring the loyalty of its employees and understanding the employee experience and is based on global employee loyalty and experience research for more than 50 years, Unico Sigorta will be able to participate in the “Kincentric Best Employers” program in 2024 with a 99 percent participation rate of its employees. As a result of the completed survey, it took its place among “Turkey’s Best Workplaces” with a 75 percent employee loyalty score.

Best Workplaces; While evaluated according to the “engaging leadership”, “talent focus” and “agility” indices as well as the employee engagement score, Unico Sigorta was selected as one of the “Best Workplaces in Turkey” by being in the upper quarter in these three areas.
