Students in Malatya will send the income they earned from the event they organized in their schools to Gaza.
An event was organized in the school garden in support of Gaza by the students of the Secondary School Department of Selahaddin Eyyubi Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, located in Yesilyurt district of Malatya.
While families, teachers and administrators also supported the event organized by the students, many school students in the surrounding area also supported by shopping. It was stated that the food and drinks prepared at the event, which attracted intense participation, sold out in a short time, and the income generated would be sent to Gaza.
Nuri Yanbay, Principal of Selahaddin Eyyubi Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, stated that they organized a charity bazaar with the support of students, teachers and parents due to the ongoing oppression in Gaza and said, “We will donate the income we earn to Gaza. We thank all our parents and students for their sensitivity. It is a really nice event.” It was an event. We wanted to raise the level of awareness towards all the people who are oppressed in the world, especially in Gaza. I hope the goal was achieved. We thank everyone who contributed. The participation was great.
