A drill was organized by Göynük Forest Management Directorate, under the coordination of Business Manager Ahmet Öztürk, with the aim of training with the participation of all personnel in preparation for the forest fire season. During the drill, which was held to be prepared for all kinds of situations, detailed information was given on first response methods, the importance of timely and conscious intervention to forest fires, and occupational safety. Then, fire intervention equipment was introduced and the forest guard and fire workers were given hose laying and fire intervention drills. It was learned that such exercises will be repeated at regular intervals.
