Gaziantep University The 12th theater festival organized by the Theater Group (GÜTOT) opened its doors this year.
Türkiye7 plays will be staged at the festival, where student groups from universities in different regions of Turkey will participate.
GUTOT Academic Advisor Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Sönmez said in his statement that they were excited about the festival.
Stating that the festival will have a festive atmosphere, Sönmez said:
“GAUN aims to offer a rich theater experience to the audience by bringing together the theater groups of our other universities. Valuable plays will be staged within the scope of the festival. It will add color to our festival with the concerts. We will ensure that the students of our university feel the festival enthusiasm with artistic events.”
At the festival held between 22-26 April, plays performed by Özyeğin University Chamber Theater, Akdeniz University Creative Arts Community, Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University Bizbize Theater Group, and Siirt University Creative Drama Group will meet the audience.
