Second Hand Sales Stand Out in Sivas Housing Market

Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) shared housing sales statistics for March in Sivas. Accordingly, a total of 517 houses were sold in Sivas in March 2023. This figure represents an increase of 13 houses compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to the details of the housing sales made in Sivas, 56 of these sales are in the mortgage sales category and 461 are in the other sales category. In addition, 194 of the houses sold are first sales (new houses) and 323 are second-hand sales.

According to these data, it is seen that second-hand house sales are especially high in the housing market in Sivas. It is stated that mortgage sales also have a significant share in housing sales.
