While two people who stole aid money from a tomb in Isparta were caught, the moment of the theft was captured on security cameras.

The incident took place on April 16 at the Sheikh Muslihittin Tomb in Eğirdir district of Isparta. Yeşilada District Headman Şükriye Kılınç noticed that 8 thousand TL in the safe where the aid money was collected was stolen and reported the situation to the police. Following the camera inspection by the police teams, it was determined that persons named Şükrü Y. (21) and RU (17) committed the incident.

As a result of the work carried out, Şükrü Y. and RU were taken into custody. Şükrü Y. was arrested by the judicial authorities to whom he was referred and sent to prison.

On the other hand, the moment of the theft was reflected on the tomb’s security camera. The footage showed the moments when people entered the tomb, opened the safe with the tools they had, took the money and walked away.
