Governor Erol Ayyıldız, Combat Air Force Commander General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu, Deputy Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality Hasan Ünal, Eskişehir Deputies Harun Karacan, Jale Nur Süllü, Utku Çakırözer, Metin Nurullah Sazak, Eskişehir Chief Public Prosecutor Ali Yeldan, Anadolu University Rector Prof. Dr. Fuat Erdal, Rector of Eskişehir Osmangazi University Prof. Dr. Kamil Çolak, Eskişehir Technical University Rector Adnan Özcan, Deputy Governors, District Governors, Turkish War Disabled, Martyrs, Widows and Orphans Association Eskişehir Branch President Sevinç Uluçeşme, directors of public institutions, relatives of martyrs and veterans attended.
The ceremony at the Air Martyr’s Cemetery began with the laying of wreaths at the Martyrs’ Monument. Following a moment of silence, the singing of the Turkish National Anthem and the raising of the glorious Turkish flag, Turkish War Disabled, Martyrs, Widows and Orphans Association Eskişehir Branch President Sevinç Uluçeşme and Air Major Canan Topaloğlu on behalf of the Turkish Armed Forces gave a speech on the meaning and importance of the day. Afterwards, prayers were prayed by the mufti officials.
After the prayer, Governor Ayyıldız, Combatant Air Force Commander Kadıoğlu and Deputy Mayor Ünal signed what was written in the martyr’s notebook.
