In the indictment, in line with the joint decision taken by the couple shortly after this message, the defendant Engin Polat, through his connections in Georgia, contacted Beratcan and Batın Can Gökdemir, one of the fugitive managers of the armed organized crime group, publicly known as the “Daltons” gang, to carry out an armed attack on the complainant’s workplace. It is stated that he contacted.

In the indictment, it is requested that the Polat couple be sentenced to 2 years, 4 months to 8 years in prison each for the crimes of “abetment of the crime of threatening with a weapon with more than one person” and “abetment to damage property”. The fugitive defendants Barış Boyun, Beratcan and Batin Can Gökdemir, for whom there are arrest warrants, are charged with “establishing an organization to commit an armed crime”, “threatening with a weapon with more than one person”, “damaging property” and “carrying an unlicensed weapon” in total. Prison sentences ranging from 4 months to 23 years are requested.
