WALL – Emirhan Muttaki, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the interim government established by the Taliban organization ruling Afghanistan, claimed that three neighboring countries provided opportunities and increased the capacity of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS).

According to Anadolu Agency, Emirhan Muttaki, speaking at the opening of the “Second Afghan-Kazakh Fair” in the capital Kabul, made statements about the attacks that took place in Afghanistan.

Claiming that three neighboring countries support ISIS in Afghanistan and the region, Muttaki claimed that one of the countries provides manpower to ISIS, the other provides training, and the other provides logistics.

Claiming that 10 attacks in Afghanistan were planned “outside Afghanistan”, Muttaki asked these countries to stop harming Afghanistan. Muttaki did not disclose the names of the countries in question.

Some Afghan media outlets claimed that Muttaki meant Tajikistan, Pakistan and Iran. It is stated that Muttaki accused Tajikistan of providing manpower to ISIS, Pakistan of providing training, and Iran of providing logistical support.
