In the news of Channel 13 broadcasting in Israel, it was stated that “a secret meeting was held in the National Security Council regarding the possibility of issuing international arrest warrants against high-level officials in Israel in the coming days.”
The news said, “According to information obtained by senior officials in Israel, there is a possibility that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague will issue an arrest warrant for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Chief of General Staff Herzi Halevi.” The expression was used.
During the meeting, it was noted that Israel approved a series of “immediate measures” in case the ICJ issues an international arrest warrant, including “launching a political campaign at the international level against the ICJ’s decision.”
