GTA 5’s canceled Trevor DLC
Rockstar was planning to add a Trevor-focused DLC to the game, but they later abandoned this plan. Actor Steven Ogg, who plays Trevor, one of the characters in GTA 5, announced that a DLC focusing on Trevor and expanding his story was considered in the game, but this plan was shelved with the unexpected explosion of GTA Online.
In a recently published interview, the cast of GTA 5 came together and talked about their gaming experiences and shared details about the game. It was stated that in this interview, there were many details of what happened behind the scenes, as well as many video footage that was never published.
Three players who participated in the meeting explained that a DLC starring Trevor was never released, and that it would have featured Trevor as an agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIB), but this idea was canceled by Rockstar. Speaking about this, the players stated that a story was actually shot in which Trevor would work undercover and serve for the feds, but this content was never released.
It was stated that the main reason behind Rockstar canceling this DLC idea was that GTA Online unexpectedly gained great popularity. As you already know, the missions of both being a secret agent for the IAA and infiltrating the FIB are included in GTA Online.
