Havva Gülşen (40), who works in a health sector in Istanbul, allegedly shared photos of company executives and her children on escort sites when she was fired. Thereupon, the owner of the business, Mücahit Gözel, filed a criminal complaint against the suspect Havva Gülşen.

In the petition submitted to the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was explained that the suspect Havva Gülşen made illegal posts under the photos of the complainants on her social media accounts and aimed to discredit the complainants in her social circle. In the petition, in which it was explained that the complainants harassed their employees by calling them, it was stated that the family life of the complainants was adversely affected due to these posts on social media. It was reported that the suspect threatened the complainants by constantly and persistently texting them from different numbers.

DEMANDED TO ARREST
In the petition requesting the application of the arrest measure in order to prevent the suspect’s actions, it is stated that “Otherwise, many people will be among the victims of this person. We hope that; we do not add new victims or new clients whose family integrity has been compromised to this investigation file. The urgency of the work and the gravity of the event made us obliged to apply to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office quickly. It was requested that the suspect be punished for the crimes of ‘Threat, Disruption of Peace and Peace, Unauthorized Recording of Personally Granted and Violation of the relevant provisions of the KVKK’.

Complainant Mücahit Gözel, who made a press statement after the denunciation, said, “I am the last victim of Havva Gülşen, who has targeted many business people for about 3 years. After working in my company for 3 months, we realized that he was in our company and took some precautions. Then he started making treacherous attacks against us. When I searched the internet for the name Havva Gülşen, I saw what she had done to previous victims and witnessed them all. “I am currently the target of the same attacks,” he said.

Claiming that the suspect blackmailed him and asked for money to remove the photos, Gözel demanded the arrest of the suspect and said, “Unfortunately, the only reason I am in this situation right now is the inoperative judiciary. My dear prosecutors and judges, if the same situation had been done in a way that would damage your reputation, or if your children had been blackmailed in the same way, would you have been able to display your comfortable attitude in the same way if it had been shared on obscene sites?
Attacks continue. The future of these children is now dead, some of them have started to receive psychological treatment. If a person can still walk around by committing 170 same crimes, what more should he do, should he commit murder? To kill a child’s future is already murder in my opinion. Please let my plea be the last plea of victims like me. Now the attacks have started again. If you do not prevent this as soon as possible, what happened to me will happen to others,” he said.
