Madonna nearly died after suffering a bacterial infection during the rehearsal of her tour and being treated in intensive care.
The famous singer, who is currently continuing his tour, is accused of coming on stage late for the second time.

In a lawsuit filed on Friday in the US federal court in Washington, three fans of the famous pop star Madonna accused the singer of breaking the law by appearing two hours late on stage at both of her concerts at the Capital One Arena in December.
Madonna’s fans claimed that the concert did not start before 22.00, although she was planned to take the stage at 20.30. They also claimed that there was an uncomfortable heat during her performance and that Madonna sang many of her songs in playback.

“Forcing consumers to wait hours for her stage performance in a hot and uncomfortable environment is an indication that Madonna is arrogant and completely disrespectful towards her fans,” the fans’ lawyers said in a statement.
A LAWSUIT WAS FILED ONCE AGAIN
Two people, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden, who went to the Madonna concert, filed a lawsuit against the singer, claiming that Madonna did not stick to the promised concert start time.
Fans who came to the concert held at Barclays Center in New York on December 13 stated that the concert started at 22.30 instead of 20:30. It was said that the fans were in a difficult situation when the concert started late and ended late, and the decrease in public transportation.
