ANTALYA, (DHA) – 190 kilograms of chopped tobacco were seized by ANTALYA Provincial Gendarmerie Command and Aksu District Gendarmerie Command teams within the scope of the fight against smuggling.
In line with the instructions of the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, as a result of the work carried out within the scope of combating smuggling in Aksu district, it was determined that VA and OY were selling illegal cigarettes and tobacco in their workplaces. During the search carried out in the workplaces by Antalya Provincial Gendarmerie Command and Aksu District Gendarmerie Command teams, 1 cigarette filling machine, 193 thousand 600 filled tubes, 288 thousand empty tubes and 190 kilograms of chopped tobacco were seized.
