Mesut MADAN/BURDUR, (DHA)- The new council of BURDUR Union of Municipalities, formed as a result of the 31 March Local Administrations General Elections, held its first meeting.
The first meeting of the new council of Burdur Union of Municipalities was held in the Special Provincial Administration Assembly Hall. In the election, Burdur Mayor Ali Orkun Ercengiz was elected as the President of the Union of Municipalities. Söğüt Mayor Ayhan Yurdasiper was elected as the First Deputy Chairman of the Assembly, and Kızılkaya Mayor İlkay Güngör was elected as the Second Deputy Chairman. Burdur Municipal Council Member Akif Öz and Bucak Municipal Council Member Pınar Erk were appointed as Council Clerks, and Bucak Mayor Hülya Gümüş, Yeşilova Mayor Okan Kurd, Çavdır Mayor Ali Okan Yücel, Tefenni Mayor Ümit Alagöz and Yusufça Mayor Hüseyin were appointed as Council Members of the Union of Municipalities. Özarslan was elected. Members of the Plan Budget Commission were Altınyayla Mayor Selen Kınalı, Burdur Municipal Council Members Süleyman Solmaz and Feyzan Keçeci. (DHA)
