In the market where the card system is applied, cleaning products are given to citizens in exchange for the points they receive.

The recycling drive continues with Zero Waste Markets, which are part of the Zero Waste Project implemented by Haliliye Municipality within the scope of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

With the zero waste project carried out within the Directorate of Cleaning Affairs, it is aimed for citizens to contribute to recycling through recycling bins installed at different points of the district.

With the Şehit İbrahim Halil Yıldırım Park in Devteyşti District, the Olmatu Hoca Park in Şair Nabi District and the Zero Waste Markets in Ahmet Yesevi District, citizens are encouraged to bring their wastes that will contribute to recycling.

With the card system applied in 3 Zero Waste Markets, citizens shop with points loaded onto the card given to them in exchange for the weight of the recyclable waste they bring.

It is aimed to increase the incentive for Zero Waste Markets by giving various gifts, especially cleaning products. Like this; While citizens contribute to the recycling of their household waste, hundreds of kilos of paper and vegetable waste oil are recycled every day.

On the other hand, the waste collected by the Cleaning Affairs Directorate is then taken to Waste Recycling Centers to be sorted. Work continues feverishly for a cleaner environment in Zero Waste Markets.
