Gündoğdu, who was educated at the Provincial Service Union Kindergarten in the city, became interested in music when he was 2 years old, thanks to the toy piano his family bought him. Gündoğdu, who was understood to be talented in music over time, was enrolled in a piano course 7 months ago with the guidance of his kindergarten teacher. Gündoğdu, who is brought to the Youth Center affiliated with the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in Atatürk District on certain days by his family, takes lessons from instructor Defne Bucak, a 4th grade student at Munzur University’s Department of Music. Gündoğdu, who can easily transcribe the sounds he hears on the piano, can play works by many famous artists.

– “He studied finger exercises a lot and finished two books.”

Stating that they started piano lessons 7 months ago, Bucak said: “He is learning both harmony and piano notes. He is very good for his age and despite being illiterate. He finishes every work I give him in a very short time. He finished two books by working hard on finger exercises. We are currently in the third book and we have started the fourth book. Demirhan has started to play books almost at the level that university students play. Normally, children get bored early, but I have not encountered such a situation with Demirhan. “He doesn’t like easy songs, he doesn’t want to play them.”
