EXPROPRIATION NOTIFICATION
In the case of Determination and Registration of Expropriation Price filed by the plaintiff TCDD against the defendants and whose main number is written below;
Since it was decided to expropriate the specified parts of the immovable property, whose land registry and owners are written, in accordance with Article 5 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942, a lawsuit was filed for the determination of the expropriation price of the immovable property and its registration in the name of the administration, and within 30 days from the date of announcement, the expropriation process can be annulled in the administrative judiciary or the financial court in the judicial judiciary. A correction lawsuit may be filed against errors, and in the lawsuits to be filed, the hostility will be directed against Sivas TCDD. If an annulment lawsuit is not filed in the administrative court against the expropriation within 30 days and a stay of execution decision is not documented, the expropriation process will be finalized and the immovable property will be registered in the name of TCDD based on the expropriation fee determined by the court. The expropriation fee determined by the court will be deposited to Sivas Ziraat Bank Central Branch on behalf of the rightful owners. The hearing of the case with the main number written below will be held on 05/07/2024 at 09.30 in the Sivas 2nd Civil Court of First Instance hearing room. The defendants must follow the case personally or have themselves represented through an attorney, otherwise the trial will be held in their absence and the decision will be made in their absence and Article 8 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942 Since an agreement could not be reached with the defendant according to article ., it is notified that a lawsuit has been filed in accordance with article 5 of the same law. 25/04/2024
