TÜİK announced the number of motor vehicles in March
Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the number of motor vehicles in Turkey and in the provinces in March.
According to statistical data, the number of motor vehicles in Isparta in March was announced as 214 thousand 836.
In March, 226 thousand 617 vehicles were registered to traffic across the country. With the newly registered vehicles, the number of motor vehicles in the country reached 29 million 367 thousand 254. 52 percent of these vehicles are automobiles, 18 percent are motorcycles, 15.5 percent are pickup trucks, 7.5 percent are tractors, 3.3 percent are trucks, 1.7 percent are minibuses, and 0.7 percent are tractors. 100% were recorded as buses and 0.4% were recorded as special purpose vehicles.
95 thousand 555 of the 214 thousand 836 vehicles in Isparta were registered as cars.
865 thousand 144 vehicles were transferred in March
Of the vehicles transferred in March, 67.1% were automobiles, 14.9% were pickup trucks, 10.3% were motorcycles, 3.2% were tractors, 2.2% were trucks, and 1.6% were vehicles. minibuses, 0.5% buses and 0.2% special purpose vehicles.
88 thousand 718 cars were registered to traffic in March
12.7% of the cars registered to traffic in March were Renault, 10.7% were Fiat, 7.1% were Chery, 6.1% were Opel, 5.9% were Peugeot, 5.4% were Renault. Hyundai, 5.4% Toyota, 5.0% Citroen, 4.9% Dacia, 4.8% Volkswagen, 3.6% Skoda, 3.0% Ford, 2.9% Mercedes-Benz, 2.7% Honda, 2.4% MG, 2.2% BMW, 2.2% Nissan, 1.9% Volvo, 1.6% Audi, 1.6% Kia and 7.8% other(2) brands.
In the January-March period, 633 thousand 710 vehicles were registered to traffic.
In the January-March period, compared to the same period of the previous year, the number of vehicles registered to traffic increased by 37.5% to 633 thousand 710, while the number of vehicles deregistered from traffic increased by 15.9% to 6 thousand 792. Thus, in the January-March period, the total number of vehicles in traffic increased by 626 thousand 918 units.
