Every year we are forced to experience a syndrome like this. ‘I wonder what the President of the USA will say?’, ‘What expression will the president of such and such a country use?’ We are always waiting, ‘Will the US President say so-called genocide? Will he use the word so-called genocide?’ We have waited for this for years. However, he said the same thing, saying it was a great disaster. Two years ago, the so-called genocide was said. What happened? Such statements have no sanction in international law, that is, they are null and void. “There is a form and content approved by the United Nations. It has been accepted by many international courts that the alleged events do not fall within the definition of genocide,” he said.
Germans do not open their archives!
Stating that Turkey opened its archives and that they wanted supporters, especially Armenian historians, to come and work, Yüksel said: “There is an invitation, but the other party, Armenia, and the circles supporting Armenia do not accept this platform. Because they have no basis or documentation to prove that these events could be a so-called genocide. For a while, German archives were rumored. German archives are closed to those who want to work on this issue. You cannot study these issues when you go to Germany. Germany does not open these documents and archives to researchers. Because it was an ally of the Ottoman Empire in the First World War. There is a point of view like this; If so-called genocide results from this, the world will include us in it. Because it is with the Ottomans. When investigated in depth, we can say that the high-level command level of the German soldiers serving in the Ottoman army at that time was also influential in the decision to relocate. “The other side does not want to enter such a platform because there is no document to define the so-called genocide of these events, including Turkey’s archives, international archives, and American archives.”
We expect the further dimension of moderate policy
Regarding this problem that occurs every year, he asked himself, ‘Sir, will it always be like this?’ Yüksel, who said the question was asked, said, “From now on, Armenia’s policies are actually of some importance that can prevent or neutralize the so-called genocide propaganda.
