Realizing that no investigation had been launched into the incident, the Ministry of Internal Affairs took action. Inspectors were sent to Ankara Police by the Inspection Board of the General Directorate of Security. It was learned that an administrative investigation was initiated regarding the incident, and that the incident is expected to be turned into a judicial investigation following the investigation.
