Kastamonu-based criminal organization operation: 30 detained

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Kastamonu Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, a simultaneous operation was organized in Kastamonu, Ankara, Çankırı, Zonguldak and Isparta as a result of long-term technical follow-up by the Kastamonu Police Department Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch Directorate teams.

Within the scope of the crime of “establishing, managing and being a member of an organization to commit crimes”, 30 people were detained on the grounds that they committed “fraud, bribery, forgery of official documents, tender rigging and abuse of office” to the detriment of public institutions and organizations.
