Yılmaz Yılmaz was born in Adapazarın in 1962. His main profession is as an officer. He graduated from the Naval Academy in 1984 with the rank of Naval Lieutenant. When he left the Naval Forces Command in 1991, he served as SAS Team Commander with the rank of first lieutenant.
