Malatya Entrepreneur Businessmen Association (MAGİNDER) President Salih Karademir said, “Malatya has done its part in the local elections. Malatya really has no strength left to endure. Approximately 15 months have passed since the earthquake. “It is saddening for the people of Malatya that even Adıyaman is investing in this way today and the projects are being resolved quickly,” he said. Karademir said, “If the current problems in Malatya are not solved, Malatya, which is already giving immigration, will continue to give more serious immigration.” He also recorded his statement.

Evaluating the Malatya agenda, MAGİNDER President Salih Karademir said, “As the MAGİNDER family, we have always stood by our Malatya. We have always expressed Malatya’s problems and taken steps to provide solutions to the problems. Today, approximately 15 months have passed since the February 6 earthquakes. In this process, local elections were also concluded. As the MAGİNDER family, we wish good luck to all the mayors elected as a result of the local elections. Malatya’s biggest problem is the zoning problem after the earthquake. We currently expect our municipalities to take quick steps in terms of on-site transformation, reserve areas and zoning in Malatya. Today, the tender for reserve areas was held in Adıyaman, 3-4 months before the local elections, and it continues today. Again, in Adıyaman, on-site transformations started 3-4 months ago, and on-site transformation projects are continuing. TOKİ will hold a total of 30 thousand tenders in Adıyaman and deliver 20 thousand houses by the end of the year. As Malatya, we are currently far behind. We do not have any projects started for on-site transformation in Malatya, and no tenders have been made for any of our reserve areas. A tender for 10 thousand houses was made by TOKİ. Only 6 thousand houses of this amount were delivered. There is a number of houses for Malatya that TOKi has stated will be over 65 thousand. As Malatya, we are far behind. Malatya’s business world is in dire straits today. We expect all projects to be accelerated for the revival of both housing and trade for Malatya tradesmen, merchants and Malatya people. The responsibility falls on our newly elected mayors, MPs and politicians. Our state and government need to solve the problems in Malatya in unity and solidarity. “If the current problems in Malatya are not solved, Malatya, which is already giving immigration, will continue to give more serious immigration.” recorded his statements.

“Malatya did its part in the local elections”
MAGİNDER President Karademir said:

“We will continue to be in Malatya and invest in Malatya. We have to solve the problems of the people of Malatya. We believe that our deputies and mayors will work in unity and solidarity for our Malatya. Malatya did its part in the local elections. Malatya has higher expectations after the local elections. We believe that our government should give more support to Malatya. Malatya has never left its government and state alone. When we see that other provinces in the earthquake zone are recovering faster and receiving investments faster, we see that the problems will get worse. We expect our politicians to stop the fruitless conflicts among themselves and focus on Malatya’s problems as soon as possible and act as we instead of me. Because where there is no unity, success will never come. If they want to be successful, they need to listen to the voice of the people of Malatya. They need to consult. They need to solve the problems among themselves. They need to serve Malatya. “Hopefully, we are following the process, and we will try to express the problems of Malatya as much as we can.”

“Our citizens living in Malatya have no hope left”
Karademir said, “Malatya really has no strength left to endure. Approximately 15 months have passed since the earthquake. It is saddening for the people of Malatya that even Adıyaman is investing in this way today and the projects are being resolved quickly. Our politicians need to solve these issues quickly. Otherwise, our citizens living here in Malatya have no hope left and their patience is exhausted. We do not want to leave this city to others, we want to stay in this city. We, as the MAGİNDER family, will continue to try to express these problems as much as we can.”
