Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fırat Görgel presented the congratulatory flowers sent to his office to the earthquake victims families who moved to their new homes in permanent residences.

Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fırat Görgel called for support to AFAD from citizens who wanted to send congratulatory flowers on the occasion of his presidency. The flowers sent despite the call were given as gifts to the earthquake victims who moved to their permanent homes.

Mayor Görgel said, “We thought that the flowers sent by our citizens to congratulate our mayoral position would suit your new homes better. The flowers were delivered to families one by one with the note “May your homes be joyful and your peace be eternal”, creating a smile on the faces of the citizens. Vakkas Lokmacı thanked Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fırat Görgel for the congratulatory flowers for their new home and said, “Thanks to our mayor Fırat Görgel, he thought very carefully. Thank you, may God bless you. “Hopefully, one day we would like to host our President Fırat in our new home,” he said.

Murat Türkmen said, “We moved to our new house after the earthquake. We thank our state and municipality. Moving from the container to our new home is a very different feeling. Our Metropolitan Mayor also sent congratulatory flowers to our house, thank you. “We thank you for your kind gifts,” he said.
