Hygiene and weight control from the police to the bakeries

Adnan ÇELEBİ/NİĞDE, (DHA)- NİĞDE Municipality Police Department teams carried out weight and hygiene inspections in bakeries throughout the province.

Niğde Municipality police teams check the weight of bread in bakeries throughout the city with the help of sensitive scales. In addition to general hygiene in the bakeries, the teams check whether the staff complies with the necessary rules. Administrative fines were imposed on bakeries with missing bread grams, while businesses with missing documents were warned. It was reported that the inspections will continue at intervals. (DHA)
