As a result of the work carried out by the security forces in the capital Ankara in the last week, 877 people wanted for various crimes were caught.
In the statement made by Ankara Governorship on the subject, it was stated that as a result of the work carried out by the Police Department and Gendarmerie Command, 877 people wanted for various crimes throughout the city were caught between 19-25 April.
Among those caught, there are 5 people with a prison sentence of 20 years or more, 17 people with a prison sentence of 10 years or more, 40 people with a prison sentence of 5-10 years, 291 people with a prison sentence of up to 5 years, and 524 people wanted for statements.
RESULTS OF OPERATIONS TOWARDS THE CAPTURE OF WANTED PERSONS;
As a result of the efforts carried out by the Provincial Police Department and Provincial Gendarmerie Command to capture individuals wanted for various crimes in the period covering 19-25 April 2024 throughout our province, among them;
5 with a prison sentence of 20 years or more,
17 with a prison sentence of 10 years or more,
40 with a prison sentence of 5-10 years,
524 people sought for the statement
A total of 877 people, including individuals, were captured.
