A car traveling on the Denizli-Muğla highway at night went out of control and crashed into the house on the side of the road and the electric pole next to the house. While the driver of the vehicle lost his life as a result of the terrible accident, the elderly homeowners noticed the accident in the morning.
According to the information obtained in the incident that took place in Köprübaşı District of Denizli’s Kale district; The car with plate number 20 AEG 104, which was under the control of Akif Zıraplı on the Denizli-Muğla highway yesterday evening, went out of control at the intersection as a result of its driver losing control of the steering wheel. The car crashed into the house on the side of the road and the electric pole next to the house and stopped. Those living at home noticed the accident, which occurred around 23:00 yesterday evening, around 05:00 in the morning.
Homeowners called 112 Emergency Call Center after seeing the accident. Health, gendarmerie and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the region. Medical teams who reached the area stated that the driver of the vehicle died. The lifeless body of 58-year-old Akif Zıraplı was removed from the vehicle by the fire brigade and taken to the Kale State Hospital morgue by ambulance. The homeowners explained that they initially thought the accident was another noise, so they did not notice the accident. Gendarmerie teams continue their investigation into the accident.
