Ankara Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry teams took action upon a notice received on the Alo 174 Food Line affiliated with the General Directorate of Food and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

During the operation, 6 thousand 889 kilograms of kashar cheese, 1575 kilograms of vegetable margarine and 257 kilograms of sausage were found, most of which were mouldy, spoiled and did not have mandatory label information.
Approximately 9 tons of products were destroyed
12,500 labels were also found in the business to be pasted on the products. It was determined that the fake labels in question would be attached to the products before they were put on the market.
While approximately 9 tons of products seized by the teams were destroyed, an investigation was launched into the incident.
