Entry ban to clinics for the victimized patient

--

When Mustafa Temel (57), who lives in the town of Rüsselsheim near Frankfurt, rebelled after the clinic canceled his appointment, he was banned from 17 clinics, 12 centers and dozens of practices. Temel, who said that he made an appointment with a doctor in Raunheim for a check-up after his wife’s surgery in Wiesbaden, said, “It was claimed that I did not have an appointment even though I had the document.”
THE BAN CAME AFTER TWO DAYS
Reason Stating that he was asked for information about his wife’s health problems in front of everyone when he asked, Temel said, “When I did not give information, they tried to ask my wife. I objected, voices were raised. All the employees and the doctor gathered. An elderly patient said, ‘If you do not accept the situation, go back to your country.’ I left before the incident escalated.” “Two days later, I received a ban letter from the group to which the practice is affiliated,” he said.

THEY DID NOT ANSWER A SINGLE LINE
TEMEL said, “The GPR Clinic, which is the training hospital of Mainz Johannes Gutenberg University and operates 12 centers and dozens of examinations in addition to 17 clinics and institutes, has banned me from entering. Violation of the rules of conduct and endangering third parties were given as the reason. There is no mention of the injustice I suffered. I contacted my lawyer. “I wrote a letter to lift the ban, but there is not a single line of response,” he said. FRANKFURT
‘MY RIGHTS GOOD I KNOW’
Temel, who retired on disability after working as a fireman for 32 years in Rüsselsheim, said, “I know my rights very well, I do not remain silent in the face of injustice. I took my wife to the examination on the appointment day and time they gave. When I objected to the cancellation, I was faced with a ban. The ban was not limited to that clinic, either. “GPR has a wide network in my region. I want the injustice I have suffered to end as soon as possible,” he said.
