At the end of the open trial of the Divorce case between the plaintiff Handan KOCABÜK and the defendant Mehmet KOCABÜK in our court;
JUDGMENT: 1- WITH ACCEPTANCE of the case, the plaintiff, born on 05/02/1976, registered in DİYARBAKIR province, YENIŞEHİR/DIYARBAKIR district, ŞEHİTLİK and KÖŞKLER Village/neighbourhood, Volume No: 66, Household no: 536, BSN: 5, TR ID number 43165041396. It has been decided that HANDAN KOCABÜK and the defendant MEHMET KOCABÜK, who is registered in the same population with BSN: 4, born on 10/07/1977, and the defendant with ID number 43168041232, should be divorced in accordance with Article 166/1 of the Turkish Civil Code, and the decision was notified 1 week after the newspaper announcement. In order to be deemed to have been made, it is notified publicly within 2 weeks from the notification of the decision to the Diyarbakır Regional Court of Justice, as a substitute for notification, with the possibility of appeal.
