MalatyaThe 2nd Army Command Band from Turkey gave a concert in Siirt on the occasion of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day.
The audience applauded the anthems and folk songs performed at the concert organized by the Siirt Governorship at the 15 July Democracy Square.
Upon the invitation of the band chief, students and citizens sang folk songs with Turkish flags in their hands.
The concert was followed by Governor Kemal Kızılkaya, Provincial Police Chief Necmettin Öztürk, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Brigadier General Emrullah Büyük and protocol members.
