12 tons of ‘fake food’ products were seized in Ankara

Within the scope of the efforts carried out by Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Command to prevent smuggling; It was determined that fake food was produced and sold in a workplace in Mamak district.

During the operation carried out at the workplace of GK by the Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM) Branch Directorate teams and the Mamak District Gendarmerie Command teams, 12 thousand 230 kilograms of fake food and 10 thousand labels belonging to various food companies were seized.

Legal proceedings were initiated against the suspect named GK.
