As a result of the attack by wild wolves in Yeşilyurt Village of Sütçüler District, Shepherd Hasan Demirbaş was injured and 15 small cattle perished.
Demirbaş, who said that a total of 15 small cattle have been killed as a result of wolf attacks for 2 months, said that he was also injured and 1 goat was killed in the last attack on Sunday, April 22. After the attack, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. After his first aid, Demirbaş was taken to Sütçüler State Hospital for treatment. Demirbaş was vaccinated against rabies and was discharged.

The man from behind attacked me. I protected my heart with one hand and struggled constantly with the other. I think my hand touched his tooth while struggling. Then the ambulance came and they gave me the rabies vaccine. The serum was also installed. I received treatment at the milkmen’s. I saw more than 20 wolves. “Four, five, three or one, but I guess the ones attacking the cattle are the same wolves,” he said.
