Yalova Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry is carrying out “Farmer Training Needs Analysis” and “Personnel Training Needs Analysis” studies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in agricultural production. In this context, Yalova Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry teams visit farmers, fill out surveys and hold interviews. The data obtained is used to determine in which areas agricultural production in Yalova can be improved and in which areas training is needed.

These studies aim to provide farmers with information about modern agricultural techniques, current legislation and agricultural support opportunities, to increase efficiency in agricultural production with the use of correct techniques and modern agricultural practices, and to encourage environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices.

Yalova Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry personnel are also trained within the scope of “Personnel Training Needs Analysis”. These trainings aim to improve the knowledge and skills of the staff and to provide a more modern and effective service.

Providing information about the ongoing analysis studies, Yalova Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Suat Parıldar said, “Farmer Training Needs Analysis and Personnel Training Needs Analysis studies will contribute to the more sustainable and conscious management of the agriculture and forestry sector in Yalova.
