The driver who tried to stop his car sliding down the ramp after the accident in Kocaeli was injured

KOCAELİ (AA) – The driver who tried to stop his car, which slid down the ramp after colliding with a service minibus in Kocaeli’s Gebze district, was injured.

A service minibus with plate number 41 P 5920, driven by Soner G., and a car with plate number 41 CIC 185, driven by Fatih A., collided on Yunus Emre Street in Mevlana District.

Fatih A, who got out of the vehicle after the accident, was injured in his foot while trying to stop his car sliding down the ramp.

The car crashed into the shutters of a shop and stopped.

Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the area.

The injured driver was taken to Gebze Fatih State Hospital by ambulance.
