Ankara Provincial Police Department’s Anti-Smuggling Crimes Branch Directorate continues its operations against smugglers uninterruptedly.
SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION TO WAREHOUSES
In the simultaneous operations organized at the addresses determined as a result of the work carried out by the smuggling teams throughout Ankara; 1 million 650 thousand empty sleeves, 480 thousand filled tubes, 9 thousand 480 packs of customs smuggled cigarettes, 3 thousand 600 electronic cigarettes, 50 kg of fake bandrolled chopped tobacco, 1 cigarette rolling machine, 1 compressor and 5 thousand 875 pieces. Customs-smuggled electronic goods and toys and 4,040 sexually explicit pastes were seized.
6 DETENTION
During the operations carried out by the teams, 6 suspects were caught and detained. It was learned that the suspects’ procedures at the police station are continuing.
