Yusuf DEMİR/ANTALYA, (DHA) – Female academics and graduate female artists of AKDENİZ University (AU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) presented their artworks on the subject of ‘women’ to art lovers.

Dr. The opening of the exhibition with the slogan ‘Woman unites, beautifies and completes’, curated by Terlan Mehdiyeva Azizzade, was attended by GSF Dean Prof. Dr. Sibel Paşaoğlu Yöndem made it. Yöndem, who admired the artworks on the subject of ‘Women’, chatted with the owners of the works, received information, and congratulated and thanked them for their contributions to the exhibition.

Exhibition curator Assoc. Dr. Azizzade said, “We came together today to share with our audience the existential efforts of women whose traces are indelible and engraved in the social memory throughout history. There are many artists in history and today whose works are based on the themes of women’s rights, class difference, love, marriage and freedom. Women. “It is a mother, it is compassion, it is the symbol of self-sacrifice, it is the foundation of the family, it is the light of every eye, it is the lifeblood of life,” he commented.
