In the indictment prepared by the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, a total of up to 8 years in prison was requested for the couple Dilan and Engin Polat and Sezgin Polat for the crimes of ‘threatening with a gun with more than one person’ and ‘damage to property’.

In the indictment, it was stated that an arrest warrant was issued for the suspects Barış Boyun, Beratcan Gökdemir and Batin Can Gökdemir. Barış Boyun, Beratcan and Batin Can Gökdemir were sentenced to a total of 8 years, 4 months to 23 years for the crimes of ‘establishing an organization to commit an armed crime’, ‘threatening with a gun with more than one person’, ‘damaging property’ and ‘carrying an unlicensed weapon’. imprisonment was requested.
