Zeynep Yıldız, a 15-year-old 10th grade student at a vocational high school who works as an intern at a women’s hairdresser, saw 5 stray dogs running towards her while returning from the market where she went to buy water.

Yıldız, who was injured when one of the dogs bit his leg, was discharged after 15 days of treatment at Aksaray Training and Research Hospital.
Mother İlknur Yıldız said that she became aware of the incident when her daughter called her in the ambulance.

Stating that his fears increased when he saw Zeynep’s wound, Yıldız said:
“My daughter only took medicine and was fed with serum. Doctors stated that the first 6 months were risky. They are waiting for the internal wound to close. The wound is still not healed. My daughter is under constant surveillance. We all love animals, but they were killing my baby. If stray dogs need to be collected, they should be collected. Zeynep Yıldız, who went to the hospital every two days for her wound, said that when she noticed the dogs running towards her, she panicked and started running.
Yıldız explained that he could not escape from the dogs and was injured when one of them bit his leg. “I barely threw myself under the ornamental plants at the intersection. The cars almost hit me. The dogs were afraid of the vehicles and ran away. My nerve tissues were severed by the dog’s bite, and my leg was very painful.” said.

Yıldız stated that her leg still hurts, “I can never forget the moment when the dogs attacked. The infection in my leg is still not gone, I can walk with a limitation. I can’t walk alone on that street anymore, I’m very scared. We want the stray dogs to be collected. The attack of the stray dogs happened to me, but I don’t want it to happen to anyone else.
